Description: The USD Department of Theatre is hosting a stage reading of Seize the Initiative!, A romantic comedy about falling in love...with democracy, a new play, written by Yoram Bauman, a professional comedian who has a PhD in economics and has worked on carbon tax ballot initiatives in Washington State, Utah, South Dakota, and more. Who knew economics, politics, and theatre could be SO MUCH FUN!

The reading will take approximately an hour, followed by approximately 30 minutes of talk-back (feedback from cast and audience on the play), and then...PIZZA!!
